The ELFIN staff is a powerful team that supports the Group’s current and future companies in selected areas. These include, for example, digital communication, video/photo production, online marketing and media design.

Exciting features that are essential to your job

You take responsibility as a full member of the team for exciting and varied tasks from day 1 onwards.
You will learn important methods and tools to implement (video/marketing) projects successfully and efficiently.
You think up channel-specific content and keep an eye on the peculiarities of the respective channels (websites, YouTube, Meta, Linked-In)
You carry out your own video projects and accompany the shoot from planning to post-production
You advise our (internal and external) customers on the conception and implementation of their video projects
You support the creation of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns
You help to (further) develop the digital communication of our investments and position yourself as an important member of the team
You will gain insights into different companies and areas (from start-ups to established companies) and provide support with various tasks and questions.

Your skills and qualifications that you can bring to us

You are in the final stage of your Bachelor’s degree or are in (or preparing for) a Master’s degree in the field of design, media, communication or a comparable course of study.Or you have completed an apprenticeship in the field of media design, digital marketing or comparable and want to gain further professional experience before you start your career.
You have experience in video and photography
You are creative and at the same time like to work in a structured and independent way.
You are interested in digital marketing and content creation
You are proficient in common image processing and editing programmes (esp. Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
You have a very good command of written and spoken German
You have a strong sense of responsibility and duty
You have at least 4 months time, in the best case even longer
