Design of the subsidy area as a shared service of the ELFIN Group for the subsidiaries (strategy, processes, methods & tools)
Advice to the decision-makers of the ELFIN subsidiaries on funding programs and evaluation of the chances of a possible application
Control of the company-wide process when applying for funding from the decision to submit the application to the finalization of the documents
Taking over the operative role in selected areas of this process, such as the positioning and description of the eligible initiatives, the optimization of the applications and the matching to the funding criteria as well as
Coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills and qualifications that you can bring to us

Completed studies or training in the field of business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
Significant professional experience related to mid-market funding programs and sources
Strong conceptual skills to design a new workspace (strategy, processes, methods and tools) and continuously improve it
In-depth understanding of funding programs and their requirements, as well as experience in advising companies on funding opportunities
Ability to quickly think about different company situations across different industries and to give constructive advice
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Organizational talent and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and to develop them (e.g. new funding programs)
Ideally experience in applying for funding and knowledge of EU funding
