I’ve always had a passion for innovations that change the world for the better. Developing new technical solutions is just so much fun for me. Together with ELFIN I have been able to discuss, implement and constantly develop ideas for over a decade now. Today we are described as the innovation leader of an entire industry, which makes us very proud.
Being responsible for a GmbH as a whole is extremely exciting and of course sometimes places great demands on me. However, thanks to the management team we put together and the support of the ELFIN Group, all challenges are manageable. We have experienced many extremely positive phases and together also mastered some difficult ones really well.
I have always been a supporter of respectful but relaxed interaction between all hierarchies. This is exactly how I can now design our mechanical engineering company with ELFIN. I was a successful regional manager of a leading German engineering service provider for many years. At some point I felt the need to be able to implement more of my own ideas on performance and employee management. I quit my job as a management consultant in order to build up my own intensive care service together with ELFIN, which does things differently: better quality of care, leaner processes and good and appreciative treatment of the nursing staff.
