Financing
You found a company together with the ELFIN Group and become a managing partner. Since we all believe in long-term success, we finance the start-up phase (1-2 years) with loans from the group. There is no additional financing obligation for you as a shareholder. We guarantee your previous income and you participate with a relevant share of the capital of 100,000 €. This is 5% – 20% depending on your profile and your initial contribution regarding customers, product and employee recruitment.
Operations
We support you from the group in areas that companies in the development phase cannot yet fully provide themselves, including: recruiting, subsidies, marketing & Sales and administrative processes.
Network
We enable access to dedicated experts within the group of companies and have a broad network in various industries. As a result, there is already a very large customer base (Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp, Bayer, BASF etc.) and over 220 employees & Experts in the individual teams of the companies.

We share decades of experience in setting up and managing companies in regular exchange with the managing partners.
After many years in various positions in management consulting with a strong IT focus and the establishment of an IT system house, I am now developing the consulting business as an implementation and integration partner for HubSpot as part of ELFIN. At CogniCore, we not only introduce HubSpot, but also fully integrate it into the existing process landscape. We are one of the few partners who integrate HubSpot into German accounting processes and systems in a GoBD-compliant manner.
